The course revolves around seven live sessions online, offered every other week.  Between sessions, participants will engage in practices to reinforce the material.  Each session is ninety minutes long and comprises a lecture followed by Q&A.  While Dr. Ben-Shahar will present some of the latest research findings in the field, the primary focus of this course is providing you with tools and techniques that can help you attain higher levels of happiness and success—personally and interpersonally, at home and at work
